The role of sustainable materials, new construction techniques, and management practice in enhancing the sustainability of the construction industry is examined through rigorous quantitative analysis. The research explores the advantages of using sustainable materials in relation to environmental and economic savings, assesses the impact of innovation in construction techniques on waste reduction and energy efficiency, and analyses how sustainable management practice enhances the environmental performance of construction projects. Findings also revealed that sustainable materials highly impact organizational decision-making toward sustainability, innovative techniques have greatly enhanced the performance of projects, and sound management practices are key for promoting sustainability in training programs. This study adds value to the construction industry in that it offers empirical evidence on the integration of sustainability in construction practices. The foundation from which further research and practical applications that would help promote a better sustainable construction environment could be drawn is laid here.
