Originality: Submitting original works entirely free from plagiarism or uncredited borrowing.
Citations: adhering to transparency by properly citing all references and sources used.
No Duplicate Publication: Refraining from publishing the same research, or a substantial part of it, in more than one journal (Duplicate Publication).
Authorship: Listing only those who have made a genuine contribution as authors and avoiding "Gift/Honorary Authorship."
Disclosure: Disclosing any potential conflicts of interest (financial or academic).
Fairness: Making fair and objective publication decisions based solely on the quality and originality of the research.
Confidentiality: Maintaining the strict confidentiality of all submitted research papers and sharing them only with authorized reviewers.
Handling Misconduct: Dealing with complaints or cases of malpractice seriously and transparently in accordance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) standards.
Independence: Rejecting any attempt to unduly influence the peer review or publication process.
Objectivity: Evaluating research objectively based on clear scientific and methodological grounds.
Confidentiality: Adhering to the confidentiality of the review process and not using the ideas or data presented in the paper for personal research.
Vigilance: Pointing out any substantial similarity or overlap between the paper under review and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.
Timeliness: Respecting the deadlines set for submitting review reports.
The journal considers the following actions as unacceptable practices:
Plagiarism: Presenting others' ideas, text, or data without proper citation.
Data Fabrication/Falsification: Manipulating results or inventing non-existent data.
Duplicate Publication: Submitting the same research to more than one journal simultaneously.
Illicit Authorship: Adding names of individuals who made no contribution to the content or excluding actual contributors.
Undisclosed Conflict of Interest: Failure to disclose any relationship that might bias the research interpretation.
Initial Verification: The Editorial Board investigates the complaint or suspicion.
Informing the Author: The author is given the opportunity to explain or clarify the situation.
Actions: Measures may include rejecting the manuscript, retracting the published paper, or banning the author from submitting to the journal for a specific period.
Reporting: In severe cases, relevant academic institutions or funding bodies may be notified.
The journal adheres to the Open Access principle for all published research at no cost to the reader.
The journal encourages Data Sharing to enhance reliability, reproducibility, and transparency.
