The Impact of Strategic Planning on the Efficiency of Solar Energy Management: A Field Study from the Perspective of Employees at the Solar Energy Research and Studies Center

The study aimed to analyze the impact of strategic planning on the efficiency of solar energy management at the Center for Solar Energy Research and Studies. The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach. A questionnaire designed according to the five-point Likert scale was distributed to a random sample of the center's employees, consisting of (70) individuals out of a total of (250) employees, selected through simple random sampling. The data were subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the study revealed that strategic planning significantly contributes to enhancing efficiency.
