Abstract
Through this research, the researcher has dealt with its importance to determine the nature of the formation of the design form and its relationship to the internal void and the factors leading to its manifestation, the sources that enrich it and be its most important elements (point and Line, light and shadows, shape and mass, texture), then its sections were touched upon and then the transition was made to the types of expression that the researcher deduced and adopted, and they were diverse, respectively (direct expression, private vector, public vector, indirect expression, self-expression, double expression, compound expression, optical deceptive expression) and came up with the theme expressive humiliation of design. Finally, the researcher moved on to the technique and expression and touched on the need for a good selection of materials that will form the design work, which must be appropriate for the formal reason and the design function, as well as the tools and the style of design work and its technique, and all this is related to the topic and concluded with the results and recommendations.
This research also resulted in identifying the types of expression and employing these types, each according to the use and the need to convey the true meaning of the idea to be expressed, as to express the importance of the functional performance of the form and Idea to be applied to the implemented design, and the research in its results indicated that the aesthetic aspect is of great importance in expression and excellence through visual tension, and technology has a role and importance in expressing the design achievement.
