Taj Al-Ma'rifa Journal
Inclusion in the author list is based on fulfilling the following criteria:
Substantial contribution to the conception or design of the research, or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data.
Drafting the work or revising it critically for important intellectual content.
Final approval of the version to be published.
Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.
⚠️ Note: It is strictly prohibited to include names of individuals who did not contribute significantly (Gift/Honorary Authorship), nor is it permissible to exclude those who made substantial contributions (Ghost Authorship).
The order of author names is determined based on the relative contribution of each individual to the research.
There must be a prior agreement among all authors regarding the order of their names.
The journal assumes no responsibility for subsequent disputes among authors regarding the order of names.
The following roles do not qualify for authorship on their own but may be recognized in the Acknowledgments section:
Technical or administrative support.
Funding or financial support.
General supervision without direct intellectual contribution to the research.
Representing all authors in communication with the journal.
Ensuring that all authors have received a copy of the manuscript and approved it before submission.
Ensuring the disclosure of any conflicts of interest or sources of funding.
Managing the peer review process and correspondence up to publication.
Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest (financial, institutional, or personal).
Authors must clearly state all sources of funding or support received for the research.
No addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author names is permitted after the manuscript has been submitted without the written consent of all authors.
The Editorial Board considers such requests under strict guidelines.
In the event of proven fictitious or honorary authorship, or the exclusion of actual contributors, the journal reserves the right to reject the manuscript or retract it if already published.
The author or institution may be banned from publishing in the journal for a specified period.
Taj Al-Ma'rifa Journal affirms that adherence to the Authorship Policy is fundamental to ensuring fairness and integrity in attributing scientific work, protecting researchers' rights, and elevating the quality of knowledge production.
