Abstract
Modern trends in the management of the quality of institutions and their development has become one of the most important topics occupying the thinking of leaders and employees in all institutions for several reasons, including that quality and its modern trends have become the first work for all institutions that seek to increase production and reduce cost in the intensity of competition, and perhaps work with standards and quality standards is one of The greatest challenges facing institutions at the present time, and the reference to this is that the modern trends pass through several stages through which the transition from the current situation to the new one takes place, that is, work with quality is the transition from the current point of balance to the target point of balance, and in view of the case of Al-Madar Communications Company.
The results show that the senior management is directed towards the formulation of strategic goals and general objectives, but it lacks a clear policy in this regard, and in a better way to improve and enhance the competitive advantage. This is a study by designing a questionnaire and distributing it to a sample consisting of 27 respondents. The study concluded that recent trends in managing the quality of institutions and their development lead to improving the ability of the institution to adapt to the current and future conditions with its internal and external environment.
